Experience two days of relaxation between Switzerland and Italy with Intertours. After a coffee break with croissants at Laiterie d'Orsières, continue on to Aosta, where you can enjoy a ride on the little train through the old town. Then use your free time to enjoy the heart of the city to the fullest. The next day, enjoy an extraordinary experience on the Skyway Monte Bianco cable car in Courmayeur: a magnificent panorama of Mont Blanc.

End this wonderful weekend with a wine tasting accompanied by local sausage and cheese specialities before returning to Switzerland.

Day 1

  • 07H00
    Departure from a location of your choice in a comfortable 44-seater coach or 15-seater minibus with driver.
    En route, stop for coffee and croissants at the Laiterie d'Orsières. After the break, take a guided tour of the cheese dairy and sample its products.

    Departure by bus to Aosta and lunch in a restaurant in the city centre.
  • 14H30
    City tour by mini train, the tour lasts approx. 25 minutes.
    Surrounded by beautiful mountains, including Mont Blanc, the Matterhorn and Gran Paradiso, Aosta is a very ancient city with a complex and fascinating history linked to the development and expansion of the Roman Empire, trade, pilgrimages and transit traffic in the Middle Ages.

    Departure for the famous ‘Skyway Monte Bianco’ cable car in Courmayeur to admire the view of Mont Blanc.
    The cable car is a unique attraction that draws mountain lovers, hikers, families, and more. Start in Courmayeur at 1,300 metres and ride up to the pavilion at 2,173 metres. Finish your journey at Punta Helbronner at 3,466 metres and enjoy a 360° panorama.

    Departure for a winery near Aosta, guided tour and wine tasting.
    Local sausage and cheese specialities will be served with the tasting.
  • 15H30
    Return to the bus and take the road back to the starting point.
